The woman who let us in was friendly and showed us to our room quicky. Everything was clean and the bed was quite comfy (although it shook when the other person moved..so could do with a firmer base/mattress). The location was good!
Could have done with a shower mat, as we had to use one of our small towels on there floor. Some of the guests were noisy. A man banged on our door at 8am, which made us jump out of our sleep. The man then proceeded to then stand outside our door shouting/talking very loudly to the person in the next room. Could have also done with a do not disturb sign for the door so the cleaners knew when they could come in or not. There wasn't an information pack in the room and the duvet was very thick which was too warm for a summer's night. I looked for a sheet to use instead but there wasn't any.
