With temperatures reaching mid-30s, my quiet Air-conditioned room felt like an haven of bliss. The location is excellent.
Nothing. It was all very good.
Actually maybe some body lotion would have been welcome

The design of the hotel is very cute. The property has a great location, a short walking distance from Biarritz centre and everything you need. The staff were also very friendly.

the location.
the room was not clean. there were lots of hairs in the bathroom upon checkin. The tiles in the bathroom had a layer of dirt.
The spoons for making tea and coffee were also dirty with food still dried on the spoon surface.
The towels were threadbare and like tissue.
The duvet was too light for the temperatures this time of the year and there were not any additional in the room.
Not having any staff on site was not helpful.
