the access is somewhat not welcoming and impersonal and is off putting as the accommodation is good

Stunning view over the Grande Plage and bay. Very convenient for beach as well as shops, bars and restaurants of Biarritz. Nice private swimming pool. Big room with well-appointed kitchen and bathroom.
Weather was very hot during our stay and there was not adequate cooling for the room. Parts of the building look a bit dilapidated and in need of renovation. Would have been nice if more everyday items such as washing-up liquid, loo roll, dishwasher tabs etc., were supplied.

Location was great, helpful reception staff, good underground parking if not a little awkward to manoeuvre in. Our Apartment no.301 was fine, 2 single beds , basic but all the facilities we needed. Small balcony. Overlooked main road so a little noisy at times but it was just a base for us so not a problem. Clean swimming pool
Nothing we didn’t like, pool was cold and needs some sun loungers for you to sit on ( there were 4 plastic chairs only )
Entire apartment block needs a good paint outside as very shabby to look at and probably needs a little upgrade all round but otherwise it was fine

Great location, close to beach and city centre,. It was nice to have a reception area on arrival and during our stay. Everything about after hours entry was explained clearly to us and was easy to manoeuvre
It was very small for a studio and the supply of towels was poor and limited but not the fault of the receptionist, her boss as she said. Our light was never fixed altho we requested, the bulb went on our first night but never replaced which was poor service.
