K2 Guesthouse

The Guest House is well set up. It's about 15 minutes walk from the nearest underground station but it's very close to bus routes. Its about 45 miniutes to the city centre and 1 hour 30 minutes to the airport. The ensuite single room was good and not too small. There is an outside area with tables, washing machines, coffee and microwave

I was in Room 101. The wifi was a bit variable and dropped quite a bit

Great value for money, very convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. Communication with the host was quick and clear.

No noticeable downsides; everything was totally fine.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was good for the conference I was attending.

I had on purpose booked a room with breakfast. Turns out the breakfast was a pack of cereals and a carton of milk that I had to pick up from the reception (once it opened). Next time I would book a hotel without breakfast and arrange my own breakfast (some hotels provide a fridge in the room). The airconditioning in the room was way too cold for my liking, but the temperature could not be adjusted. So it was either off or on.
