Loved the easy access to MRT station, quality supermarket and eateries within minutes walk of the apartment. Room size is amazing and love the firm mattress bedding. Both the guest service (when they returned to the lobby) and house keeping team were extremely friendly and helpful in accommodating our requests - they always make our stay feel like a home away from home. We’ve stayed here on multiple trips and it was nice to see the upgrades done to the rooms this time - new flooring and TV. We’re looking forward to staying with them again!
The ground floor shower tap was rather tight and tricky to adjust the water temperature. Installing a magnetic door holder to keep the front door fully open would would have made it much easier to manoeuvre our luggage and pram in and out of the apartment. There was no guest service personnel at the lobby during our first week’s stay (I believe they were trialling their automated check in kiosk) which resulted in a missed delivery with one of my parcels, though it eventually got resolved.

Room was excellent
Location excellent but difficult to find and even the taxi driver not familiar with where the apartments were actually located inside a shopping mall. Did not help when the afternoon staff on did not answer the phone to clarify where to go. she told us she did not answer as she was serving another customer (called four times). I was thinking at that time that the booking must have been a fraud.
Staff members not very helpful but the morning person was very good.
When I request to be transferred to Fusionopolis Science Centre as I may an error in booking (both called Fusionopolis, the manager should have been consulted to allow flexibility as I am not from Singapore and was genuinely attending a conference at NUS. This was not considered and I am very disappointed as I had to take the taxi when I could have walked to and from the conference venue.
