As it’s the World Cup season, staff Diyana’s understanding was impeccable as she cordially extended our check-out timing by 2 additional hours to 2pm. Appreciate the team’s graceful act.

Great location and room
I made them aware about my gf coming during the night and when she arrived no one was there, she waited an hour until someone helped her out to check in
Later on Saturday I arrived with a group of people that had separate reservations, many from this group and me included were not even listed as people who should have get a room (I had also a reservation from this event) and no even one more worker was dispatched there to handle 200people coming
