It is situated on the second floor level, is served with lift and consists of a large fully equipped kitchen / dining room with seating for 6 persons and a conditioner, living room with a three and two seater leather sofa, a 32 'LCD TV and DVD player, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds),, bathroom, en-suite shower, and front / back balconies.
The apartment is situated close to all amenities and the main square in a quiet area, away from the must and bustle of every day life, where one can truly unwind and home away from home. the weekly rate includes 10 kilowatt/hr per day. additional consumption will be charged at 17 cents per kilowatt/hr.
Minimum 6 persons sharing during June, July, August, September
The apartment is not wheel chair accessible.
Eco tax contribution :
To collected at check in €0.50c per person for each night, capped at €5 for stays over 10 nights.
Under 18 year olds do not pay eco contribution.
Children are not allowed on the balconies and in the common areas unattended.
We offer great deals for long stays of 28+ nights. Please enquire.
Please not that during Summer Peak Season in particular the months of July/ August we give priority to bookings of 7 nights or more with at least 6 persons. Shorter stays during this period are only accepted when we have availability between one booking and another

Appartement très bien situé au centre de l'Ile permettant facilement d'accéder à tous les sites. Très bien équipé, l'inconvénient d'être au sous-sol étant largement occulté par l'utilisation d'une petite terrasse et de son barbecue.
Cerise sur le gâteau notre charmante hôte est carrément venue nous récupérer à l'aéroport pour nous conduire à notre hébergement. Rita est très dévouée et accueillante. A conseiller sans modération.

"El apartamento esta muy bien en relación a la calidad precio. Lo único que le falta es aire acondicionado, por lo demás todo muy correcto.
Esta bien situado para visitar la isla. En nuestro caso la visita a la isla la realizamos en coche.
Rita, la propietaria del apartamento, es una agradable persona y nos ha facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado durante nuestra estancia.
