=> location - central and easy
=> quiet
=> large spaces, many bedrooms and bathrooms, great for group or large Family
=> well equiped
=> easy arrival and communication with host
=> fragile and old fashionned Windows
=> big lack of water pressure in all levels and the amount of hot water is too short for so many people ( we were 9)
=> a clear explanation to use the video would be appreciated
=> we Had a lot of moskitos
=> 3 floors with huge Numbers of stairs
=> parking- not so difficult to find a place but 2h30 max between 8& 17h- you have to follow this point closely

Amazing space. He had everything. The children were not bored at all, they had an amazing time.. Exactly in the right place with easy access to Valletta and easy parking and excursions to the rest of the island.
The address was not clear. But we finally found it.

Where to start...there was so much we loved...location - short walk to the Square where everything is happening -all the restaurants, pubs, shops and excursion sales, etc. Nick met us on site upon arrival and answered all of our questions as well as recommendation for chartered sailboat which was absolutely fantastic ..the house is a marvelous and HUGE Maltese home in a quite neighborhood. We were 7 people and had more than enough personal space...we will definitely return!
There was nothing not to like, we loved staying at the Green 16 and highly recommend!

The place is huge, super spacious, very special like an old castle, very stylish and interesting! the location is really really nice. Very good for this price.
The owner was sometimes not responding to my messages.
He also wrote me that he left a good wine with compliments for us in the fridge, but he didnt leave anything so I am not sure whats the point of this message…
