The location, the food, the hosts are very knowledgeable and they can support with everything.

The only downside is that the top bunk is quite high and lacks safety rails, so I didn't feel comfortable letting my child sleep there

the staff was kind and nice, the food is good

there was no electricity during the night, no internet all day, the water in the shower was cold and coming out in a small lick. the pillows were also uncomfortable. we found it overpriced for the servicies it offers.
