Es como una casita individual al pie del volcán, de buen tamaño, muy limpia. Trato muy cercano. Organizan la recogida en el aeropuerto y la vuelta, y también el guía para la subida al monte. Aconsejan los sitios para ir a cenar o comer. A la vuelta del monte nos permitieron seguir utilizando la habitación hasta media tarde. Además, el precio es estupendo.

Excelente hospitalidade da Helena e Marleny. Elas estão sempre sorridentes e agradecendo por tudo. Quarto limpo e café da manhã caprichado também foram destaques. O lugar é incrível! Eu queria ter ficado mais tempo.

After booking a couple of weeks in advance, on my arrival date, just one hour before the time at which I told the structure I’d be there, they informed me I could not have the room because another client decided to stay another night. Well, that’s why people reserve their room in advance!! This is really an unacceptable behaviour if you are host people, who book in advance to ensure they stay where they decide and not in one of the few places left on a last minute booking. Very rude and unfair behaviour.
