El personal era increíble. Tuvimos un problema con la maleta en el aeropuerto y nos ayudaron muchísimo

Recepção / Acolhimento feito pela Lúcia, muito prestável! Conforto do quarto, chuveiro, varanda, vista mar, tudo muito funcional. Referir também o terraço onde fizemos as refeições. Pequeno almoço bom (omelete 10estrelas). Almoço feito com tanto amor pela Lúcia, foram todos super amáveis.

We stayed here on two separate occasions and had a very pleasant experience both times. The staff were always kind, helpful and attentive. When we first arrived, the air conditioning was not working, so we had to wait a little before getting our room, but we were invited to relax on the terrace, where we could have a drink and rest. Later, when the air conditioning stopped working in the room we had been given, we reported it and were immediately moved to another room without any problem. The hotel felt new and very clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. During our second stay, we also had a beautiful room with a balcony and a wonderful ocean view. The real highlight of the hotel is the terrace. Having breakfast or dinner while listening to the sound of the ocean creates a lovely atmosphere. We also enjoyed the bar and kitchen for a few drinks and light meals. Breakfast did not offer a huge variety, but it had everything we needed, including coffee, tea, juice, yogurt and some food options. We especially appreciated how much effort the staff made to communicate with us despite the language barrier and to make sure our stay was comfortable. Through someone working at the hotel, we were also able to arrange a transfer from Chã das Caldeiras and a full-day island tour at a reasonable price.

Nothing in particular. The only minor issue was the initial problem with the air conditioning, but it was handled quickly and very efficiently.
