For a weekly rental, our 1930s villa, located in a quiet area, has been recently restored and has all modern comforts (broadband internet, large HD screen TV, dishwasher and washing machine, equipped kitchen). The configuration is ideal for up to 8 people, and you will have all the equipment available.
The villa has 5 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 4 upstairs) and a large living room, a 400m2 garden to enjoy the warm Provencal evenings around a barbecue and breakfast near the swimming pool of 4 x 7m. Large taut sails will provide you with the shade you need to protect yourself from the afternoon dodger, and the swimming pool will provide you with the necessary freshness for lazing around at home with the song of the cicadas. Free parking is easy, and public transport (bus and metro) nearby, allowing easy and quick access to all the rich tourist sites of the city (Vieux Port, Notre Dame de la Garde, MUCEM, the neighborhood du Panier), or to the many restaurants and bars of historic Marseille and huts on the Pointe Rouge beach (20 min).
For the pleasures of the sea (diving, sea kayaking, sailboat or boat ride in the creeks), the beaches are less than 20 minutes, the creeks 25 minutes.
To enjoy the hinterland, the Sainte Victoire de Cézanne and the Pays de Pagnol (Garlaban and Sainte Baume) at 30 min. You can also reach out to nearby destinations such as Cassis, the Var beaches, the Luberon and the Alpilles, Avignon, and the Roman cities of Arles and Nîmes.
Access is easy by motorways (A7 in the North and A50 in the east), train (StCharles TGV and metro), or plane (25 min from Marseille Provence airport).
