Family house close to all amenities in the heart of the 9th arrondissement of Marseille.
Nestled between the Cabot and Sainte-Marguerite districts, this quiet house is located at the crossroads of the region's must-see places.
A 10 minute drive to the beginning of the Calanques, A 7-10 minute walk to the Velodrome Stadium, close to all shops and beaches.

The house has on the first floor:

- A living-dining room, smart TV, free WIFI, 2 air conditioning units (1 per floor)
- Fully equipped kitchen; dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, induction hob, freezer, washing machine, hood, double sink,
- Separate wall-hung toilet
Upstairs:
3 bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm (photos to come)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm
Closet in each bedroom
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, double sink unit, heated towel rail.
- 1 separate wall-hung toilet

The house was completely renovated in the summer of 2023
