It was easy to find, well situated and felt like home.
We had noisy neighbors but this wasn’t under the control of the host.

The apartment was good and it had everything we required. The position is good with a supermarket and restaurants close by. The property management were excellent.
I am being a bit unfairly negative just because the apartment was smaller than I anticipated from the photos but the big drawback is that there are no windows and no views. Giudecca is the best place to stay it is so nice to get back there after all the crowds on mainland Venice and relax.

The apartment has all the facilities that you will need for a short term or a longer stay, it comes with a walk in closet, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, gas hob, oven and a fridge freezer. It also comes with a washing machine, and all the drying and washing facilities you might require.
The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs and we had the pleasure of meeting them on a couple of occasions during our short stay. They were also very accommodating to our itinerary giving us the flexibility we needed to enjoy our stay.
Lastly the view of the Venician Greater Urban Centre was sublime. While we weren't able to appreciate it much at night when we arrived later, we were greeted with a stunning view of the city with slight fog that reflected the sun and made the floating city shine bright in very temperate weather.
I will have no hesitation in recommending this place to stay for future travellers or my friends or family that have an interest in visiting Venice!
There was very little about the property that we did not like. Perhaps the only challenge we faced is the fact we had a bit of a difficult time getting there. Since it was our first time in Venice we had difficulty in getting there by water bus as we were unfamiliar with the bus lines and there is no walkable bridge to Giudecca from San Marco. Getting there was a small bit stressful later at night but it's location was very accessible once we got used to it.

Overall an oustanding unit and great value. Wonderful location, friendly staff, and cozy apartment with lots of space and the comforts of home. Perfect for quiet and relaxation while still being close to all the major sites.
