Es muy bonito el piso, a pie de calle, pareces otro habitante mas . Muy cerca de la playa y de la tramvia que te lleva en el centro/ puerto. Nos ha encantado y pensamos volver.

окно было стремно на ночь оставлять открытым, все-таки первый этаж, кто угодно мог бы зайти. но вообще очень безопасный район

La ubicación muy cercana a la playa y bien comunicado. Cuenta con lo necesario para pasar unos días sin muchas pretensiones. Camas bien.
Instalaciones descuidadadas y poco limpias con signos evidentes de desdén (estor deshilachado, rodapiés deteriorados, una sola cucharilla...) Actualmente hay una invasión de mosquitos que no remite con el uso de los varios insecticidas que puedes encontrar en la casa. Humedad propia de la ubicación que no cede con ventilación (hay dos ventanas: la que da a la calle y otra a un patio interior plagado de insectos). Ruidoso por la noche: es habitual el tránsito de coches y motos a gran velocidad.
