O espaço tem tudo o que é necessário para a estadia. A localização, cordialidade dos funcionários do apartamento e a comunicação com a empresa que administra o espaço foi muito boa.
O apartamento precisa de algumas manutenções pelo tempo, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Um detalhe importante é que o apartamento não bate sol, o que o torna extremamente frio.

The apartment is very spacious and bright. The parking inside the garage is convenient and the bed was very cozy. The position is ok, there is a bus to Porto and a supermarket nearby.
The check in process is very weird and confusing. You have to get the key inside the city center of Porto before going to the apartment. It was not clear which garage is ours and how it opens. Definitely demand a check-in in person. Currently there is a huge construction side right in front of your window, which will probably still take a couple of months. Therefore, it is not a quiet area but ok with closed windows. You will NOT have a view on the River, as one picture suggests, because there is a new building blocking the view for quite some time now. The kitchen is not well equipped. There is no cutting board, not a lot of plates, one drawer is broken, so is a part of the dishwasher, which still worked though. The main light in the bathroom is broken, so is the toilet seat.
The cleaning staff came into the apartment without knocking on the check out day, 2 hours before check out.
