Buena ubicación, a 5min del centro en coche o Uber. Vistas al Douro. Zona tranquila, se puede aparcar en la puerta.

The welcome pack was a lovely thing to see when you arrive tired from the airport, the cleanliness was to excelent standards and the location was divine.
The pillows for main bedroom and also the extra sofa bed need to be switched to sleeping pillows instead of the ones that are presented. These tend to bring neck disconfort and ear pain after day 2. Kitchen window lock needs to be looked at and also the power outlets over the fridge on the wall. 2 seem to not be working.
