Centraal gelegen appartement met lift. Gratis parking inbegrepen. Ligt in een toffe upcomming, trendy buurt.
Het lawaai 's nachts. (Bushalte voor de deur)
Maar dit is onvermijdelijk in een stad.

Appartement très bien situé et c est un vrai plus d avoir le parking ( qui est à 5 bonnes minutes à pied important si vous êtes chargé) . Il correspond bien aux photos et est spacieux et confortable . Attention si vous arrivez un samedi ou un dimanche , il faut passer prendre une clef à l appartement avant d aller au parking . idem pour repartir si vous partez un we . sinon c est ouvert .
La rue est très bruyante le soir tard et le matin …comme la clim ne permet pas de fermer complètement la fenêtre , il faut choisir . heureusement il y a un ventilateur également . Si vous êtes très sensible aux bruits , prenez des boules quies . L appartement était globalement propre sauf quand j ai passé un sopalin par terre car j avais renversé de l eau : le sopalin était noir ! le sol n avait visiblement pas été nettoyé à la serpillère depuis longtemps .. peut être sommes nous mal tombés . sinon salle de bain et cuisine sans souci . Petits détails : dommage qu il n y ait pas qq capsules de café pour l arrivée .. et pas de torchon pour la cuisine . Aucune nouvelle du propriétaire pour savoir si tout se passait bien , c est dommage aussi .

La ubicación es muy buena, relativamente cerca de todos los puntos de interés.
Espacioso y bien equipado (lavadora, horno, microondas, cafetera…)
Admiten mascotas!
La calle es muy ruidosa en la noche, turistas, camión de basura, sonido de pájaros (exagerado); al no tener aire acondicionado y ser un alojamiento caluroso había que abrir las ventanas y ha sido imposible descansar con tanto ruido.
Esto ha bajado mucho el encanto de la estancia por lo importante que es el descanso tanto para aprovechar las vacaciones como para la seguridad al volante en el viaje de vuelta.
La estética actual del apartamento no corresponde con las fotografías publicadas.
