Everything was perfect,. Nice,clean and comfortable room. We had a late chek in with no problem to get into the room. Parking place available all the time.Location close to all places around the lake. Stuff very kind and helpful. Sure vi will come back to this hotel.

Deceived about the stay - overpriced for the value. Many aspects worth improving.

It was easy to check in with the machine at the entrance. There is a parking spot just next to the hostel. The room & the hostel were very clean.

The room was extremely small, even with 2 people we weren't able to move around in the room if not one of us was sitting on the bed. The air in the room was very stuffy, as there is no more than one little window in the "bathroom" that can be opened - and when it is open, there are tons of mosquitos coming in. A warning about the mosquitos & hint to immediately plug in the anti-mosquito plug would've been really important and would've avoided us to chase them around the room for half an hour. The bed is quite small for 2 people. Like anywhere around the Wörthersee-Area, tourists are granted a tourist card for free whenever they stay in a hotel. However, we did not get such a card from the hosts, and when we asked for it, it was quite difficult to reach one of the hosts. It would be important to inform guests BEFOREHAND about that card as it grants reduced prices to many entrances in the area and to GIVE the card to guests upon their arrival (and not only if you explicitely ask for it). The neighbourhood is weird, there is nothing to do around there & you absolutely need a car to get anywhere in the town of Velden (be aware that the hostel is not at all IN Velden but in a different town!) All in all, the place is too expensive for its value.

Fast and easy check-in. Clean and modern room. Nice welcome drink in the fridge. Kitchen on the 1st floor. Burger restaurant next house.

I could book a week before, and the rooms were enough for a Family of 5. The parking outside was also fine. Overall the rooms themselves were okay.

The ad said the room had AirConditioning, however it didn't. When we went into the room, it wasn't just heat from the room, but also the heater in the bathroom was on in full blast, and it was broken. So, we couldn't even turn off the heater. So, no A/C, broken heater on in the middle of the summer. This was very disappointing. In addition, from when we checked in, we had trouble with all the codes to get in. Very old, sticky system that takes a dozen tries to work.

I could not even enter the property since the check in machine let me know that my reservation is in the system but my room is not ready yet. This at a time when nobody was available on the phone to assist.

Very bad experience, will never use this hotel again.

There was no breakfast offered, just coffee in the room. The rooms overall are ok but very small.

Online check in process is very complicated and not at all user-friendly. We purchased a room with air-condition but it did not work at all. Over 80 degrees room temperature felt like a sauna. Very old building, very steep stairs, not comfortable at all.

Was a little confusing at first but once we knew what we were doing it was ok. During the night there were people running up and down the halls making lots of noice. No accountability! Price was very high for the establishment and services. We will never stay in a 24 hr self check-in again.

Time consuming as no personal attendance, payment machine, produces code to key in, even to get into bedroom from communal kitchen you had to remember key code. Small fridge department with key to open, communal microwave, sink, kitchen, printer..

Location to hotel across the road with a restaurant and bar. Visibility of the parking was good for a motorcycle.

Internet was like being in 2005 again. You must sign on for 24 hours at a time. Free but kept falling offline telling me to reconnect every hour or so. After a few times told me I had started too many times and wouldn't let me connect again. Thankfully, the hotel across the road reached my room. Connection was very weak but could be used.

Perfekter Zwischenstop

Einfach zu erreichen für einen Zwischenstop nach Italien. 15 Min von der Autobahn weg. Sehr kleines Zimmer, top modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sogar ein Flascherl Sekt war da! Super sauber! Für einen Urlaub ist das Zimmer zu klein, aber für kurze Tage vollkommen ausreichend. Preis/Leistung perfekt!! Wir kommen wieder!

Wenn man schwere Koffer hätte ist der Aufstieg beschwerlich (steiler Stiegenaufgang und schmal)

Eine saubere nette Unterkunft

Es gab 2 Decken im französischen Bett- wunderbar. Der Check in ist klasse, einfach und klar erklärt. Es war sehr sauber, das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gut war auch, dass man die Klimaanlage ausschalten konnte- und wäre sonst viel zu warm gewesen. Dank der Kaffeemaschine konnten wir uns nach einem kalten Tag heißes Wasser für Tee kochen. Es gibt ein Kühlschrankfach, eine kleine Küche, einen Raum, in dem man arbeiten könnte.

Die Toilette und Dusche mit Glastür im Raum war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch wenn es in der Mitte einen Sichtschutz gab. Den Kühlschrank unten im Erdgeschoss hörte man bis ins Zimmer. Wir hätten uns als Willkommensgetränk Wasser gewünscht. Der Sekt steht dort noch für die nächsten Mieter.

Ausstattung top, gemütliches Bett, alles sauber, ich war nur eine Nacht da, aber es war sehr gemütlich, modern ausgestattet, wirkt nicht abgenutzt

Beim CheckIn am Automaten gabs zunächst Probleme (offenbar nicht deppensicher), die angegebene Handynummer zu einer Ansprechperson wurde kontaktiert, hat aber erst nach 5-6x abgehoben, es war Sonntag, aber eine Ansprechperson muss IMMER verfügbar sein. Hat aber letztlich funktioniert.
