The location was convenient for our needs, and the property was clean once we finally gained access.

The check-in process was a nightmare. We arrived at 1:30 AM and the machine failed to provide our room code; the paper got jammed inside, and the screen then froze entirely. We were stranded in the lobby for nearly an hour. We tried calling both provided emergency numbers multiple times, but no one answered because it was outside "working hours"—which defeats the purpose of an emergency contact for a self check-in hotel. We eventually had to sit on the floor to realise that there is something stuck inside and use our fingernails to get the jammed paper out of the machine. To make matters worse, management offered no apology the next morning, dismissively stating the machine was working then. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability.
