Very nice hosts with breakfast featuring milk and cheeses from the local cows. Nice view of the lake from the room with access to a balcony overlooking the lake.
We arrived after 18h, and the Booking app does not make limited check-in time information clear, so I missed this and I felt very bad to have to call them (they were very nice about it). The plugs next to the bed were occupied with some bedside lights so we had to remove them to be able to have bed-side chargers.

Nice rooms and bathrooms, exceptionally clean. The hotel offers private access to Lake Ossiach which is outstanding! My mother had a room with a balcony with an absolutely stunning view. The hotel also has two terraces that are accessible to all guests, and the view is breathtaking here, also. Delicious breakfast that offers a great array of food and drink choices. The owner and other staff are extremely attentive to their guests!

Beautiful view to the lake and mountains, fine breakfast, big room
Bathroom ( and toalett ) door is clear glass It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Lack of curtain in bathroom ( window ) Lack of hot-warm water many times ( in bath ) Breafast time too late for skiing.
