MOLDY PLACE BEWARE

Location was centered

The place smelled so bad like mold ,I've never seen anything like this ,they covered the flaking/bubbling paint with paintings but the smell is overwhelming,there's definitely some water damage going on ,it seems to be a problem with the whole building because as soon as we stepped in the hallway we could smell it ,it was impossible to deal with and we left the next day and asked for a refund that was left without answer,

Nice little apartment in a great location at a very reasonable cost.

Location was fantastic., the host Anne- Sophie sent out clear and concise instructions for getting access to the apartment along with recommendations for parking , restaurants etc…for a short 3 night stay it was perfect and the apartment had everything you would need..at the price charged it offers excellent value for money.

Perfect for transport

Location excellent. Close to buses and train station. Supermarket close and lots of restaurants. Able to self cater and washing machine useful. Good value.

TV didn't work. Nowhere to put luggage. Need to bring plug, washing up liquid and soap powder. Stairs tricky with luggage. Being asked to clean was surprising.

Comfortable apartment with good price

The bed and bed sheet are soft, easily to felt asleep. The self-checkin procedure is flexible for travelers, especially when you are on a road trip and forget to track the time. The check out time is surprisingly late, so we can visited other places near Avignon and come back to rest for a while. Totally recommend this apartment.

The host provided clear instructions on how to get the keys and everything around the apartment inc. many recommendations on where to eat, what to see etc. Everything I visited from the recommendations was excellent! Détente en Avignon

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement et sa proximité avec le pont mythique, ainsi que l'équipement très complet du logement. La décoration très chaleureuse réalisée avec goût, nous immerge dans une ambiance sereine et détendue. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement mon hôte Pour son accueil et les précieuses informations qui m'ont permis de réussir mon séjour. Marseille, toute proche, que je n'avais jamais visitée a été une découverte ravissante et emouvante.

Expérience mémorable… que nous ne renouvellerons pas.

Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans l’annonce, les clés n’étaient absolument pas disponibles dans une boîte sécurisée. De ce fait, la propriétaire a tenu à connaître avec une insistance remarquable notre heure d’arrivée afin d’organiser une remise des clés en main propre. Remise possible uniquement sur trois créneaux horaires bien précis. Elle est même allée jusqu’à nous demander si nous serions présents le lendemain de notre arrivée à 9h, puisqu’une visite de l’appartement était prévue. Une demande pour le moins surprenante, étant donné que nous étions déjà censés en être les locataires. Le portail d’entrée de l’immeuble offre une activité ludique : tenter d’ouvrir avec la clé. Après plusieurs essais dignes d’un escape game, nous avons finalement réussi à entrer. Dès l’arrivée, une odeur d’ordures nous accueille dans l’immeuble. Le ménage semble avoir été fait à l’aveugle : poussière et cheveux étaient au rendez-vous, notamment sous le lit, dans la salle de bain et le long des plinthes. La peinture qui se décolle ajoute du charme, camouflée par de la décoration murale posée avec beaucoup d’optimisme. La présence de nourriture entamée et de produits d’hygiène déjà utilisés donne l’agréable impression d’être tombés chez quelqu’un en pleine occupation. De grandes taches jaunâtres au plafond laissent imaginer un ancien (ou futur) dégât des eaux.

Excellent stay

C'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour un long séjour. L'appartement est impeccable, comme si le propriétaire était parti, laissant tous ses effets personnels à la disposition de proches pour quelques jours. Décoration de goût incroyable, luxe, cuisine entièrement équipée, et même lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Lage in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt ist super. Ein paar Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze befinden sich auf der anderen Seite des Flusses. Es gibt einen Busshuttle oder man läuft über die Brücke zum Parkplatz-ca. 15-20 min. In der Wohnung gibt es Ventilatoren, die allerdings bei 40 Grad auch keine wirkliche Kühlung bringen.

Ich hätte gern vorab eine Info zum Zugang der Wohnung erhalten. Der über booking.com mitgeteilte Türcode war falsch. Ich musste am Anreisetag die Vermieterin anrufen, die mir dann Fotos der zur Wohnung gehörigen Schlüsselbox und den aktuellen Türcode zuschickte. Die Wohnungstür könnte ein neues Schloss gebrauchen, da das Auf- und Zuschließen etwas hakelig war. Auf den Fotos war nicht erkennbar, dass sich das Fenster im Schlafzimmer zu einen muffigen Lichtschacht öffnen lies. Die Abflüsse von Toilette und Dusche waren verstopft. Die Wohnung hatte Wasserschäden an der Decke und an einigen Ecken war der Putz ab. Bettmatratze und Sofa schon sehr durchgelegen. Es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Auf Nachfrage sollte ich die Schlüssel bei der Abreise in die Box legen.

la localisation de l'appartement le prix raisonnable tout était a disposition . nous nous sommes gares et nous avons tout fait a pieds. ça s'est super.

le dessous de l'évier laissait a désirer pour la propreté., le bas di frigo également. nous n'avons pas manges dans l'appart a part le dimanche soir repas froid, donc pas de cuisine, et le petit dèj. la hotte bien grasse.

Top per posizione e servizi. Ottimi gli arredi. Buono l'immobile. Prezzo concorrenziale (anche perché bassa stagione).

Pittura dei muri di toilette e camera da letto danneggiata da perdite. Letto con materasso di schiuma mediocre. Biancheria da letto e ricambi sporchi. Continuo rumore di macchinario (termo-ventilatore/condizionatore?) proveniente dal piano superiore.

Unico difetto per me: poca luce, mancano lampadine e lampade. Di sera per cenare non c'è abbastanza illuminazione.
