About this cottage rental

This is a beautifully furnished modern 3-bedroom apartment sleeping 5. Centrally located in Clifden town, a bustling market town in beautiful Connemara. With a large outdoor terrace, it overlooks the picturesque Clifden Bay and is a two-minute walk to wonderful shops, restaurants, bars and café's. This is a perfect base when exploring the Connemara region. An ideal property for couples, families or small groups of friends. Local activities include kayaking, surfing, fishing, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boat trips and much more.

3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 5. The apartment is a beautifully furnished modern, bright and spacious property with high quality furnishings and fittings. It is located on the lower level of the apartment block and is accessed from street level by descending a flight of exterior steps. The lounge area has beautiful comfortable cream Italian leather sofas, electric stove heater, TV with Sky channels. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences including microwave, kettle, toaster, dish washer, fridge freezer, electric cooker, washer/dryer and the adjacent dining area has an extending table which can seat 6 persons. The French doors in the living area provide access to the large outdoor terrace which offers views of Clifden Bay and harbour. The apartment has 3 bedrooms – 1 double room,1 single room and 1 king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom & shower. All bedrooms offer lovely views over the terrace, garden and harbour. There is also a separate family bathroom, with bath & overhead shower, WC & sink. Electric heating throughout property. The terrace is very spacious with an array of outdoor furniture available. Cot and high chair available on request. Towels and bed linen is provided. Wi-Fi available. Electricity and heating included. No smoking indoors. Pets welcome by request only. Pay and display parking available and free public parking available close by.
A security deposit of €150 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
