TUI BLUE Medina Gardens - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Good location to Medina and polite staff

Entertainment was a bit like going to holiday camp. Not great tbh, had a bit of an ongoing ant infestation in the junior suite

Garden, Wounderful enterteiment, garden cafe, staff, spa, food, all inclusiv.

Our stay was amazing start to finish. So many activities and facilities there to suit everyone (all available to view on the app). Breakfast, lunch and dinner all had lovely food options available with a variety of dishes to try. The staff were all so helpful and fun especially Michael doing the entertainment. So many drink options available too and bar staff are so accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Marrakech and is so close to the medina markets!

We had a very lovely swim-up suite. A lovely room. Central location.

There were real issues with internet access/wifi availability. We were told there was an issue as we checked in and were told that it would likely be sorted in a couple of hours. It was not. Following morning, still no wifi networks available. I had sent several messages to Tui Blue and through B.Com. Food that we tasted was nice, not amazing unfortunately. Fab watermelon! There are some exemplars though in the employees (e.g. Ismail in the Lobby bar). Actually Ismail was really professional and related nicely with clients in an understated way. I asked to see a 'manager' since we had no/disrupted wifi for 2 days of our stay. I definitely would not have booked this hotel at ca £400 per night if I had known of the wifi issues. Let's just say there was no resolution or apology. In fact I was told that if I have a problem I need to contact the booking company, not them. An unpleasant experience.
