Blissful

Since I travel a lot and I have stayed in many hotels I feel that this property is an amazing gem in the French country side. It has amazing rooms comfy and quiet and very clean. The location is great between L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. They also have an awsome restaurant if you want to enjoy great local food. And they also have a great pool and sauna area for relaxing. And most of all the staff and the owners are very welcoming and offer top notch service.Strongly recommended place to go.

A pleasant stay in a great location.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bedroom was a good size and the location was excellent. Parking was easy and secure.

Our terrace hadn’t been cleaned but as soon as I pointed that out, it was cleaned. The safe in our room didn’t work. Dinner was a limited buffet, we had expected a full menu. However, when we explained this we were offered options from the menu. Breakfast was excellent.

Very poor

Location

New owners, hadn't been told booking did not match up to our expectations. ,as described on booking. com very disappointed as it was a special occasion for us Faulty Towers, no direction or information given didn't know what role staff had. No uniform no name tags etc, cleaning staff also serving meals. Hand towels given for bath towels. Very disappointed 😞 Terrible bedroom looking out on the top of 🌳 although it was a premium room,that we booked claustrophobic . Meals poor overcooked and heated up. Breakfast disaster had to ask for everything.

A lovely French countryside hotel with great facilities and close to everything you'd need.

We loved arriving at this hotel after a busy 7 days in Paris. It was nice to unwind by the pool and on the grounds. This is a great place to stay if you want to travel to Gordes, Roussillon and the surrounding towns as all are within a short drive. We did have a car which made it nice and easy for us and this hotel has plenty of parking. The dinner was delicious and we loved the service by the pool for drinks etc. Overall we had a great time here and would recommend to friends.

Only negative was the close proximity of the pool area to the road. It isn't really a large issue but you do hear a few cars driving past as it is a busy road. Would have been nice to have some ambient music by the pool which might help with the noise. Don't let this put you off booking though!

Superb

The owner Christian is absolutely delightful as were everyone else we met. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms and bed are very comfortable. The grounds are also beautiful, I imagine in the summer it will be stunning.

The only negative was that we read that their pool was heated which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, but unfortunately it wasn't which was disappointing for my son.

Perfect!!

We had a wonderful time in Mas des Grès, everything was perfect! Beautiful appartement with garden view, comfortable beds, dinner was delicious. Pool was nice and refreshing, but not cold. Thank you to the wonderful owners and staff, we wish you all the best! We will be back!

Wished we had stayed longer

We had an absolutely beautiful stay here, we knew when we pulled up that we had cut ourselves short by only staying 2 nights! Such a warm community vibe, amazing food, hosts and setting, really felt at home and welcome....it’s the perfect experience whilst in Provence. Nina and family could t do enough for us, we will be back for sure.

Rien, si ce n’est que le restaurant est fermé le mercredi et le jeudi en basse saison. Nous n’avons donc pas pu le tester…

L'emplacement

Le manque de propreté de l'eau la piscine et des matelas de piscine . Ils étaient sales , les gens fumaient au bord de l'eau alors qu'il y avait des enfants .

Fin miljö, vacker byggnad, fin pool. Bra tips på besök i området vid incheckning. Bra läge i området vi ville besöka.

Störigt med konferens samtidigt när vi var där. Byggnadsarbeten började redan vi frukosten och störde tyvärr. Frukosten fylldes inte på när den tog slut. Maten var okej men inget speciell. Här hade vi förväntats oss bättre.
