Such lovely staff, brilliant location, adorable property and delicious breakfast!
The bed was a bit softer than I'd like but that's personal preference.

Great location and very walkable to everything, room was cosy and clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I was able to check in early which was great. Breakfast options were very good with generous portions. Very happy with Hayden's and will be staying here again on my next trip.

A really lovely property in the centre of Rye, close to everything. Very welcoming staff and quick check in. Our room was big with an extra large bed and a beautiful view, it was better than many 3 or 4 star hotels and I would definitely recommend this b&b. NB Delicious breakfast.
