Je remercie Madame Dermience, pour de nous avoir loué son appartement lumineux et propre, et bien équipé. plus garage pour notre voiture. L'appartement est dans une résidence privée dotée d'ascenseur bien situé, se trouve à proximité de tous les magasins et la place du marchė. Il est à 10 mn de la plage et environ 15 mn de Cannes (la Croisette). Nous avons bien profité de nos vacances avec nos petits enfants. Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und voll ausgestattet mit allen, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man hat auch alles in der Nähe - eine Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Wir haben den schönen Strand "Rochers" besucht. Bis zum Strand ist ca. 1 km (15 Min zur Fuß). Was uns ein bisschen bei der Lage gestört hat, ist die viel befahrene Strasse (Avenue Michel Jourdan). Mit offenem Balkon oder mit offenen Fenstern zu schlaffen war kaum möglich. Es gibt zwar zwei Ventilatoren aber keine Klimaanlage, deshalb war es nachts mit geschlossenen Fenstern ziemlich schwül. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind heiß begehrt, einen freien Parkplatz zu finden war zumindest im August kaum möglich. Für einen Aufpreis gibt es eine Tiefgarage - die hat sich für uns gelohnt. Die Nachbarin in der Tiefgarage legt jedoch nicht viel Wert auf genaues Einparken und Zustand eigenes Autos - deshalb beim Parken muss man aufpassen. Ansonsten haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, mit der Kommunikation, mit dem Einchecken und Auschecken hat es reibungslos funktioniert.

Bel appartement, lumineux, les photos du site sont conformes à la réalité, accueil sympathique, le bus en bas de l'immeuble est très pratique pour rejoindre le centre de Cannes en 10 min. La plage est proche, possible de s'y rendre à pieds. La rue commerçante de La Bocca est très proche.

Appartement identique aux photos. ..très bien équipé! ! Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Serait parfait avec la climatisation! Dépôt de pain et pharmacie juste au pied de l immeuble. Veronique...la voisine qui nous a accueilli est très serviable et sympathique! Je recommande!
