You will be staying in a spacious duplex where everyone can find their own space. On the ground floor, you will find the living areas, including a kitchen and living room, a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a large walk-in closet, a shower room, and a toilet. All of this opens onto a lovely corner terrace.



Upstairs, you will have access to a second bedroom on a mezzanine level, also with a double bed (140cm), a second shower room, a toilet, and a large walk-in closet. This mezzanine is designed like a loft, with each space open to the others. Each bedroom has its own television.



The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned.



You will also find a secure underground garage.



Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mat), toilet paper, mini bottles of shower gel, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets).



All areas of this apartment are for guests' use. We ask that each guest take care of the property upon arrival.

A security deposit of €400 will be collected upon arrival and returned within 48 hours of your departure, provided no damage or breakage is found. In such cases, part or all of the deposit may be retained.

It's an ideal place to enjoy unspoiled nature, including some of the most beautiful coves, perfect for snorkeling, while admiring the Mediterranean vegetation and the red earth of the Esterel mountains.



Plage du Midi is located past the port of Cannes on the way to Mandelieu-La-Napoule. These public sandy beaches stretch all the way to the beaches of Cannes. La Bocca offers a magnificent view of the Esterel mountains. Less crowded than the beaches of La Croisette, these family-friendly beaches offer a beautiful view of the Lérins Islands. You'll also find private beaches with restaurants and a beach volleyball court.
