-an open fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)
-a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
-a bedroom with a bunk bed,
-a bathroom with shower,
-hoover, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and ironing facilities,
-TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fan,
-a garage.
A management fee of €730 will be charged for mid-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
