Ferienwohnung nahe zum Strand,2 Pools,ideal gelegen
Lage großartig, 5min zum Strand.Supermarkt,Bäckerei,Döner,Pizzeria alles um die Ecke. Bushaltestelle ebenfalls nur 3min entfernt.
Ferienwohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Matratzen durchgelegen,Betten recht schmal.Trotz alledem sauber,schöner Balkon mit Ausblick zum Meer.

Séjour agréable et bien situé
L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces et à seulement 5 minutes à pied des plages. La résidence dispose de deux piscines très agréables. L’appartement de Nathalie est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien. Nathalie est une hôte adorable et disponible, tout comme Irina, son assistante, qui a également été très serviable.
La résidence mériterait une meilleure mise en valeur, avec un petit rafraîchissement qui la rendrait encore plus accueillante. Je n’ai pas apprécié le système de bracelets obligatoires pour accéder aux piscines : nous en avons malheureusement perdu un, et son remplacement nous a coûté très cher.

Trotz der vielen Mängel in der Wohnung haben wir uns gut erholt.
Die Gastgeberin Natalie ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Strand. Die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Balkon. Wir hatten auch einen guten Parkplatz.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr alt. Die Möbel in allen Zimmern ist die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen. Die Schlaffunktion des Sofas ist unbrauchbar. Das große Schlafzimmer ist sehr dunkel. Das Kinderschlafzimmer ist ein bisschen größer als ein Abstellraum (2,5 km2). Die Duschstange ist kaputt, der Duschschlauch ist zu kurz, für Menschen ab 1,80 ist sie nicht geeignet. Die Wohnung mit der aktuellen Ausstattung ist für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Das Gebäude ist sehr alt, groß und sehr laut. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig.

Wenn man nicht all zu große Ansprüche hat ist es okay.
Die Lage war top !! Ein sehr schöner Strand nur 100 Meter entfernt. Viele Restaurants und Bars Fußläufig erreichbar. Und ich auch am Hafen von Cannes ist man schnell zu Fuß.
In der Unterkunft waren viele Dinge defekt. Da passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach einfach nicht!
