About this apartment rental

3-room duplex apartment of 70 m² located upstairs.
Sleeps 6 people: 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, two single beds on the mezzanine Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, LCD screen, internet connection, safe. Parking included nearby.
La Bastide du Soleil is ideally located in the quiet and residential area of Croix des Gardes in Cannes and 800 meters from the Midi beaches. Guests can enjoy Villa Francia's facilities, which include 1 large infinity pool, tennis and a multi-sport playground.
The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed internet and a TV. They have a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and a private bathroom.

Lovely apartment. Very clean and spacious. 4pm check in meant a lot of hanging around on the first day with no restaurants or shops nearby to get a drink. Location is in a residential area that was very quiet however it is up quite a steep hill

We loved the apartment. The apartment has airco which was very essential with temperatures above 35 celcius. Great beds. Beautiful beams and walls. Cooking is on electricity. There is a microwave and 2 fridges, 1 with a small freezer.

Very nice appartment, nice decoration, 8 mn walk to the beach. You have to pay for a sunbed at the swimmingpool. We missed enough glasses and cups at the appartment. It was nice to have the good (and silent) aircon ditioning at the appartment

Great property, we used it as a base for exploring the Cote D’Azur with a hired car. Perfectly located, quick access to beaches and supermarkets. Very helpful manager 👍

With our family of 7 persons we stayed in the largest appartment "Eze". Although the appartment was clean and nicely decorated, we missed the outside life. The appartment is situated on the second floor and has no balcony. You are allowed to use the swimming pool of the neighbouring "pierre & vacance" complex, but you will pay 8€ a day per poolbed to use this facility. The beach can be reached after descending a steep hill, the walk will take you about 20 min. I would not recommend this appartment to a family with small children.
