The property is right next to the beach which offers some amazing views and is close to the stretch that has both long sandy stretches and some amazing natural rock formation. Great for a morning jog along the sea coast right upto the port at Cannes. The property has pool access which was excellent and clean. The apartment gives a view of the pool and Meditterarean sea with hills as a backdrop. Picture perfect you can say! There are shops and small eateries at walking distance and also a pharmacy. Public free parking is also across next to the beach if you hire a car although the owner can arrange parking within the premise if needed for a daily fee. The apartment is well equipped and the building has a pay and use laundrette facility.
The city of Cannes is going through road repair works at number of places which in a way tarnishes the beauty of the place but I am sure this is temporary and is for the betterment of the city.
