Appartement très propre et bien équipé , confortable et bien situé à 2 min à pieds de la plage de midi , nous avons ajouté une place parking sous sol ( 10 euros /jour ) je le recommande vivement
L etat de la résidence très anicienne ça n’a rien à voir avec l’etat de l'appartement qui etait totalement entretenu, les travaux de renouvellement du bloc là ou on était sont en cours je pense que dans quelques mois le bloc sera totalement renové ,
La picine en mois de juin etait vidée .

Location next to beach was really nice. We enjoyed the Bocca beach rather than the crowded Cannes center beaches. Pools nice as well. Easy to take a bus to Cannes as well and shops & restaurants next to the appartment available.
The building corridors needs some renovation but the actual apartment was nice as well as the pools.

good to have three swimming pools, although quite lots of people. the owner David is quite nice and helpful.
if need to sleep in the living room sofa, need to consider the quite loud refrigerator and the strong AC wind. if sleep in the bedroom, it is not very cool & airy during the night. quite complicated lift system. and need 400 crash for deposit.
