Family vacation

Location next to beach was really nice. We enjoyed the Bocca beach rather than the crowded Cannes center beaches. Pools nice as well. Easy to take a bus to Cannes as well and shops & restaurants next to the appartment available.

The building corridors needs some renovation but the actual apartment was nice as well as the pools.

Great Value and Amazing Host

I stayed at around 10 places in this trip. This is my only review. The host was absolutely amazing. He received us with ton of flexibility, and gave us great tips to get around the area. He even received us with a bottle of wine! The value for money is too good. The beach there, is one of the only ones with sand instead of rocks. Super close to the train station to move around Cannes - Nice - Monaco. We were there as a base to move to the Cannes festival and to the Mónaco GP.

Superb

Incredibly friendly and helpful host who made sure i was welcomed warmly despite changing hours than agreed, who even dropped off an item that I had forgotten at a colleague's hotel, he gave a lot of info including good places to eat in the neighbourhood, asked what kind of drinks I wanted upon arrival, etc. The apartment itself is not that big but has all the required comfort and facilities. The apartment was very clean and most equipment is quite new (ovens, coffee machine, etc) with lots of attention for details (various pillows, coffee and tea available, little shower gel tubes). It's a 40 minute walk from the Croisette, but it's very well connected (both bus and train) and the nice beach is right in front of the apartment complex.

the apartment is in a very large block that has its charm (it's quite filmic) but some parts are currently under renovation and that is visible. But once you enter the apartment, it feels like a really nice hotel experience. It's also well isolated, so there's no noise from the neighbours.

Great days at Cannes

Very good location near marketplace and buses. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed for relaxing days in Cannes. Refreshing complimentaries was on the table the day we arrived. A big plus was a good and secure parking spot in the garage. The pools was many and great for a relaxing in the hot summer. The host David was very nice, generous and we had good communication all the way. He even was so kind to have a late checkout for us. We strongly recommend this place.

Exterior and the corridors is a bit outdated, but it will be renewed soon as we heard it

good to have three swimming pools, although quite lots of people. the owner David is quite nice and helpful.

if need to sleep in the living room sofa, need to consider the quite loud refrigerator and the strong AC wind. if sleep in the bedroom, it is not very cool & airy during the night. quite complicated lift system. and need 400 crash for deposit.

stylish apartment can fit in four people! swimming pools are nice and fun! have laundry and dryer in the complex ! David is very accommodating by providing us late checkout and show us everything we needed. location is very close to Cannes center !

Clean, quiet with excellent service !

The host was super welcoming and adapted his shedule to my arrival and departure time as it was a last minute thing. I was travelling with a baby and a baby bed with linen were ready for the baby when we arrived ;-) that was nice. Thé appartment was fresh and super clean with plenty of amenities… unexpected in a rented appartment. Parking underground was super practical, everything is accessible with a stroller. We enjoyed the pools ;-) and the vicinity of the sea. Very good price ;-) what else could we ask for ? We ll be back with my wife next time !

Nice appartement with great host.

It is a five-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is well equipped, has a separated sleeping room, toilet, bathroom (with bath), kitchen with dishwasher, and has a view of one of the three pools on the complex premises. Unfortunately, one pool was no operating at the moment, but we still could enjoy the other two, with one of them having a restaurant with tasteful salads. The beach is close by. Basically, the complex is across the beach, but the apartment is at the backside of the complex. Host David is a fantastic host. He welcomed us with some complimentary drinks and cakes. In the fridge even a bottle of juice and water. And he even gave us a few face-masks and hygiene soap because of current COVID measures in France. While we brought our own masks, we were still surprised. Via text/WhatsApp messages, he questioned us about our satisfaction so far. He gave us tips on what to visit, about which other beaches to go to (on his advice, we went to the gorgeous beach between red rocks near Le Trayas), and about some restaurants in the neighborhood. Even if you have a family with 2 kids, and although the apartment is of small size, I can recommend it right away.

The hallway could be improved. I learned the residence owners are looking into that.

Pas de piscine on peut se voir les piscines juste en photo en entrée et les couloirs c’était vraiment dégueulasse en train de faire des travaux quelques etage je vous propose pas d’aller. Merci
