La communication avec le propriétaire de l'appartement. Celui-ci est reactif. Les consignes sont très claires avec détails et vidéo (sauf pour le parking, il y a 2 entrées, ce n'était pas précisé...j'ai cherché un bon moment...)
Le parking sécurisé avec place réservée de la résidence (non négligeable sur Cannes)
L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel.
La proximité de la mer
Le canapé lit qui est très inconfortable pour y dormir. Heureusement ce n'était qu'une nuit.

j'ai eut un bon accueil de la part des messieurs de la sécurité et m'ont orienté vers des lieux sympas puis la plage à 2 min à pied le top du top
je me suis perdue au parking j'a cru j'étais dans la 4e dimension impossible de retrouver mon chemin pour retrouver ma voiture maïs après tranquille il faut juste bien mémoriser les noms des entrées et sorties

Per un soggiorno breve, la posizione è comoda. Host molto disponibile. Parcheggio coperto molto comodo. Terrazzino riservato.
La struttura è davvero molto fatiscente e trovare l’entrata dal parcheggio è stata un’impresa nonostante le indicazioni. La stanza non era sporca, ma c’erano più di uno scarafaggio e tante zanzare. Però, nei letti c’erano dei peli e le ventole dell’aria condizionata erano davvero sporche e impolverate. Il bagno puzzava di fogna.
