Accommodation A large terrace with barbecue, a wooden pergola that closes the terrace, garden, cheerful colors, sea views, it is very quiet, independent entrance, parking next to the house, etca. Services and common areas Pools with views of the Golf and the port of La Marina, all the urbanization landscaped, with supermarket, which is 1 minute walk. You can leave the house walking and go directly to all the walks with wonderful sights, etca etca. They have everything next to the house without needing to take the car. Golf, horse riding, walks, restaurants, excursions, ....

Property is on the Augusta Park complex which is pretty with a quiet pool area and on site mini supermarket. The apartment is ground floor but elevated well above the walkway and road giving privacy. It is one of the best apartments on the complex. Inside the apartment is very spacious ,comfortable and homely although would benefit from UK TV channels. The complex is on the airport flight path but we got used to the aircraft flying over. The owner, Sylvia, is very friendly and helpful. We saw a lot of her as she lives on the complex and found this reassuring in case of any problems. We will definitely be booking this property again

This apartment is very well situated 3 minutes from Amarilla golfcourse. The environment is quiet and the apartment is nice and clean and equipped with everything you need for a week’s stay. The owner is very nice and helpful. We were welcomed with a bottle of cava. We will return and we really recommend this object.

Warm and friendly welcome from the owner.Great location, with good access to golf, restaurants, bars and the marina. The apartment is in a quiet and attractive development. Easy access to supermarkets and motorway links.Excellent internet.
