Great staff, but poor room comfort, overpriced food, and too many restrictions.

The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help us. The location is nice and the view from the hotel is beautiful.

The rooms were very basic and uncomfortable. Beds were extremely hard, the shower didn’t work properly, and the toilet didn’t flush correctly. Food and drinks were overpriced and low quality. Many strict house rules made the stay less enjoyable.

The location was the only thing worth mentioning! You are right on the beach

The rooms look similar to a camping style and very outdated. The shower was cold and not good value for money. Never believe the pictures you see online since they always look different in person

Dirty and expensive simple place with access to the Beach. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

The access to the beach is basically the only good thing, in my opinion. The staff and the view were ok, but nothing out of the ordinary. The pictures can trick you thinking the place is more than the reality.

Lack of cleanliness was the main reason I couldn't recommend the place. The room had a good amount of sand all over the place. Enough to make you not feel comfortable walking bare foot in the room. Arriving late, I didn't have the energy to go complain, so I expected the following day for the room service. Then I found out they probably don't clean the room's floor very often or well enough. Other things that didn't meet my expectations for the price I paid (directly comparing with other locations I stayed in Rio): -Breakfast quality was average to mediocre. There were several options, but nothing tasted good. From bread to the fruits. -Dinner was also very simple and limited in options. Huge quantities, but lacking quality. It only worth it if you are starving and don't care about taste. -Bathroom sink didn't have a good flow and clogged after a few uses. -Water from the sink, toilet and shower felt dirty and unhealthy. You can see how yellow the water is. -Fridge was disconnected and hot when we arrived with zero drinks. Don't expect to have a cold beverage in your room or put something in the fridge to cool down. You will need the entire night for the noisy fridge to catchup. -AC and Fans were dirty, like they never clean those. Prepare your allergies if you think about using them.

Fun in the sun

The property was easy to get to from Ihla Grande, it was secluded and the views were lovely. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the pool and games room.

I expected the property to be more exclusive and high class. For Brazil it is expensive but is basic. The sea and beach looked a little dirty.

Vacaciones en el paraíso

Me encantó el desayuno, la variedad de opciones y muy ricas, la atención del personal, muy atento y amable. La ubicación frente a la playa, ideal para disfrutar de noche también. Hermosa vista del salón de juegos y descanso, los sillones muy cómodos. Las comidas sabrosas y platos abundantes. Salir de esa playa a las excursiones en barco a las islas, es lo más.

Pode melhorar!

Gostei da piscina, ver a praia de frente da pousada, as mesas na varanda e dentro, com decorações que deixa o ambiente bem aconchegante. Chuveiro do quarto muito bom. Gostei da diversidade de hospedes de "Países que fazem fronteira com o Brasil" .. Gostei da praticidade de poder pegar lancha ou táxi bout e ir nas ilhas. Porém, é pago e dura o dia inteiro. Foi maravilhosa a estadia. Gostei muito dos funcionários e da atenção deles.

Preço do restaurante que funciona no local. Valor muito alto para um prato de refeição sem fartura, e não saborosa. Pela quantidade deveriam reavaliar e por um valor justo.◇ Os drinks que tomei ( não foi pouco), nenhum bom! ( já tomei dos mesmos em outras hospedagem e posso dizer isso) . Não entrei na agua da praia que fica de frente da pousada ( não me adaptei a água) mas muitas pessoas gostam e entram tranquilamente.

Gostamos de tudo, desde a reserva, o cuidado em informar que havia escadas e se desejávamos trocar de quarto por estar gestante, todos na recepção muito simpáticos e atenciosos, as instalações muito limpas, os colaboradores muito cordiais, o restaurante com alimentos frescos, gostosos e com preço muito acessível, o café da manhã excepcional, a localização muito boa! Adoramos e voltaremos.

Es pintoresca y cómodo el acceso a la playa

Es muy limitado lo que sirven para comer y si o si tenes que comer ahí. nl hay nada cerca, ni un negocio. es caro relación precio y calidad de la comidas. esta a 25 minutos del centro de Angra., si no vas en auto es un problemas Necesite una farmacia a la noche por una urgencia y recién me atendieron al otro día.es muy alejado de todo.

Café muito bom

Apareceu barata no quarto e sobre a mesa durante uma refeição. O café foi muito bom, mas alguns itens acabavam e não tinha reposição, por exemplo, os bolos. Logo, tinha que chegar cedo, pra consumir um determinado produto.

Localização, praia maravilhosa e atendimento dos funcionários

Cardápio limitado, falta de flexibilidade para escolher os pratos, proibição de consumo de bebida própria, contudo percebemos a maioria dos hóspedes usando cooler com suas bebidas. Acredito que precisam se atentar mais e efetuar uma detetização mais constante, pois vimos muitas baratinhas passeando na área de lazer. Outro ponto negativo foi a falta de um black-out nas janelas, pois as luzes entram no quarto o que dificulta que não consegue dormir sem um quarto totalmente escuro.
