Nice location, good breakfast, very good staff.
I am a hotel manager myself and i can confidently say the general experience was great. Apart from small issue with the aircon in the room. The night manager Joaquin dealt with it in a professional way. Very pleased.

The reception and bar/restaurant area have been renovated to a good/nice standard.
The cost reflected the distance from the centre of Alicante but I think if I were to go back, I would opt to stay in the centre. It’s in a residential area with little amenities (shops, restaurants etc.). The bathrooms and balconies were dated and the bedrooms were worn. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The corridors and lift/stairs areas needed TLC. The standard of cleaning wasn’t to my standard. The breakfast was poor.
