The location was beautiful. Size of condo was great. Using codes is immensely easier than a key or keycard. Every time I messaged the company, the response was so fast!0

Instructions on unit number was not provided in email. I called once for info on where to park and also ask for unit number. I was told the guard at guard shack would provide me with it. That wasn't correct, so I had to call again. A bit frustrating. Only 2 garbage bags provided for 2 people and 7 nights. There was a sopping wet blanket and pillows with mold on them in the master bathroom closet. They smelled really bad. I messaged and was told to throw them out, which I did. Kind of gross way to start our stay. This issue is minor, but the silverware was hard to hold onto. Like I said, minor. But we discussed it at every meal. Last thought, kids jumping off the fountain and into the pool and throwing a football in the pool. Security eventually told them to stop throwing the football, but they resumed when he left. Constantly worried about getting hit by a ball and dodging jumping kids is not relaxing. We saw more than one person getting out of the pool because of this. We all paid for our vacation, so we should all be able to enjoy it.

The balcony door it was broke. We can never open it the first day second day third day and nothing they never fix it.
