It was a great stay for us. We were with our 2.5 year old boy so the facilities were very helpful getting all of us entertained. We are already planning our next stay next year.

IMHO. The overall review doesn't match our hotel experience. We chose the Sandestin Hilton coz we had the best experience in Hilton Cancun, unfortunately, it's the exact opposite. We stayed for 3D/2N. Our room was serviced (sheets) however the trash bin was never emptied and the towels was bever replaced. The breakfast buffet has only limited choices and price doesn't suffice the choices of foods
