We stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding. The building is nice and the front desk staff was nice as well; however, if I could give 0 stars for the cleanliness of the hotel, I would. The carpet in the hallways was terribly dirty and clearly needed very bad deep cleaning. There was noticeable trash and debris all along the hallway floors walking to and from rooms to the elevator. The main lobby is the only area that appeared decently cleaned. Also, breakfast is subpar here. Although they had a waffle make, the options for food was bare minimum (only loaf bread, only apples, only jug whole milk, only eggs & sausage, etc.). We ended up just going across the street to McDonalds to grab a sausage biscuit. Also, if you’re not given a room on the top floor, prepare to hear heavy footsteps and stomping from those above you all day and night. Walls & ceilings are thin. Did not enjoy my stay but we made it work for the time we were there.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that’s visiting Destin. This is our first trip to Florida. So we booked this place thinking for the price we paid it’s at least decent but NO it was horrible ! We paid *** for 4 nights which is not bad, but there were no rooms services for all 4 nights !! No towels for showers. There were 3 of us! And they only give us 2 bath towels everyday I have to ask the front desk for new towels !! Horrible !!! The clean lady doesn’t speak English. I asked her to clean my room she said she no English. Then I asked if I could just get new towels for my daughter she said ask front desk!! So please read reviews before booking! Save your hassle !!

Not clean but just a new hotel. We stayed for 2 days but it's not impressed me about noisy and breakfast was not good.
