For the price, this hotel is phenomenal. Of course, there are much nicer hotels, but certainly not at this price point. While the walls are thin and the carpet needs replaced, I am still thrilled with our stay. Not only is there a kitchen, gas grills, a pool, and free coffee all day, but there is also a small gym, free laundry service, and a borrow bin with crockpots, a toaster oven, and umbrellas, should you need them during your stay. The location is great too, with a plethora of restaurants nearby, a beach within 2 miles, and a park within walking distance. I will definitely return here in the future. My only real complaint is the super thin walls and a slight moldy smell that seemed to linger, which I tried my best to overcome with an essential oil diffuser. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

Halls need updated and they smell bad most of the time because rooms have kitchens in them so the smell of food is in the hall, not everyone can cook…. but that’s okay the room was spacious and did not smell like the hall

Pool not heated ice cold, arrived 215pm waited in lobby 25 minutes before anyone came, only to be told at 238 couldn't check in til 3pm. Rewards memeber asked for 2pm late check out but told 12 after they kept making me call back 4 times to speak with diff person to ask, they don't answer phones if call from room had to use cell to finally get them answer, view was brick wall out windows with dirt n bugs in sill, rude staff member like she didn't want be there, smell from heater so bad made eyes water think need clean filters or something musty smelling. No bench or chair for handicap tub/shower other then that was ok, nice plus wash free washer n dryer to use in exercise room area.
