Close to the underground. Easy access to freeway. Restaurants nearby. Olympic Park nearby. Friendly staff. Clean laundry room.
Rooms were smaller than what we were used to. Parking was problematic. Not as sufficient as led to believe.

The room was small but clean and well furnished with all the essentials. The balcony allowed us to get good airflow despite no AC. Location is a short walk from the metro and still within city limits so base price for the metro. Convenient market next door and pharmacy by the metro stop.
Had to ask to get reception to get room cleaning on the 5th day after they didn't do it on the 4th day. Only 1 dryer for 3 washers, though there is a laundromat down the street. No AC meant we kept the balcony door open for airflow and to cool the room down but smokers on other balconies meant there was a constant smog, so not recommended for those with respiratory issues.
