    Not a bad place to stay, a little hard to figure things out if you don't speak German we got lost looking for our room but the staff were nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options including vegetarian.

    We stayed at Flemings 4 nights. Its location was close to the U Bahn trains so was easy to get into the city. It was quite costly but our stay was during Oktoberfest so all accommodations might have been high. Room was quiet. Good for us.

    Good location, easy to get to city centre. Clean rooms, but a bit old. Breakfast was very delicious, but restaurant staff was not very attentive.

    Das war die schlechteste Zimmerreinigung, die ich je gesehen habe – absolut inakzeptabel für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Alles machte einen durchgehend unsauberen Eindruck. - Das Kopfkissen wurde vom vorherigen Gast gar nicht gewechselt: Es lagen noch fremde Haare darauf und es war ganz klar benutzt. - Überall im Zimmer waren Flecken – am Wasserkocher, an den Wänden, auf dem Boden und in den Ecken. - Die Teppichböden im Zimmer und auf den Fluren waren schmutzig, abgenutzt, unhygienisch und im Jahr 2026 nicht mehr zeitgemäß. - Das Zimmer war zwar relativ groß, aber das Bad war das winzigste und unbequemste, das ich je hatte. Selbst als sehr kleine Person mit 60 kg konnte ich mich kaum bewegen und stieß beim Zähneputzen oder Händewaschen ständig überall an. - In den Fluren roch es unangenehm und die Luft stand komplett ohne jede Zirkulation. - Die Temperatur der Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht effektiv regeln; man konnte zwar am Regler drehen, aber keine konkrete Gradzahl einstellen - Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es kein richtiges Sicherheitskonzept gab. Weder an der Eingangstür noch im Aufzug gab es Zugangskontrollen, und in den Fluren sowie Aufzügen fehlten Kameras komplett – als alleinreisende Frau gibt einem das ein extrem ungutes Gefühl. - Positiv dand ich die Lage, mit U-Bahn Station, Bäckereien, Supermärkten direkt I’m Umkreis
