Breakfast was good and hearty, plenty of options. The cleaning staff was good. The room thermostat did not work well and as a result it was too warm until I switched rooms. The parking garage pass I was given never worked and I repeatedly had to get a replacement after not being able to get out of the garage.

This is our 4-5th stay here! We love it because it can accommodate our family of 5 and has a great breakfast included!
The subway stop is steps from the front door and I recently found out they have pay laundry machines!! We will always stay here while in Munich!

Ideal location for exploring Munich. The public transportation U network is right in front of the hotel entrance. Walking distance of BWM museum and Welt. Walking distance of the Olympic Park. The family room was perfect for a family of 4. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also nice and very convenient. We had a problem with our AC in the room. I have asked twice the staff to fix the problem, but nothing happened. Hopefully, the weather was not so warm during our stay.
