I love so much of this property , kids love it. We did get locked out by accident and the owner was amazing and came down 30 mins later to let us in
The front door lock is not working properly take 5/10 mins to even open the door as there's something wrong with the lock
The back neighbour is a dick, moans over everything , music (not even that loud, moaning kids are playing , that they are splashing in the pool.
So half the time avoiding the property due to making neighbour before I got into an other argument with her.
So even though I love the property don't think we will be going back to it

Excellent location, everything we needed. Clean when we arrived and very quick response from villa manager. Could park our hire car on the premises too which was bonus with younger kids and baby.
Nothing we didnt like, just couple of sun beds were broken when we went to use them. However, was dealt with quickly

The location was fabulous! 2 min walk to the main strip but very quiet, couldnt hear the noise from the strip
The bathroom and shower . Bathroom old and needs a complete refurbishment. Shower door broken and hanging off , very dangerous. Water also floods the floor while showering as a result of the broken door . Floor very slippy as a result of it . Not enough hot water for two people to shower .

Good location, comfortable beds and private outdoor space
Outdated bathroom, no comfortable outdoor seating, no proper ironing board, and had to buy new batteries for the remote controls.
Also as the pool gets very little sun and is very cold, with no handrails for less abled people.
