Perfect location. And our host, Yazmina, was exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble when we contacted her during our stay. Provided an extra fan for the second room when asked for example, and replaced broken sun loungers within hours.
There were a few issues - the fan actually blew up and took out the electricity, but Yazmina sorted that out straight away.
There are a few cosmetic things that with a little work would make this villa exceptional. Kitchen drawers are broken, fridge needs replacing as the shelves on the door are all cracked, no rails for the pool, which is very deep and can feel a little unsafe, it was also quite dirty when we arrived, but when reported, it was cleaned twice during our stay.
If these small issues were addressed Id be happy to stay again and even pay a little more as it's the perfect location.

I love so much of this property , kids love it. We did get locked out by accident and the owner was amazing and came down 30 mins later to let us in
The front door lock is not working properly take 5/10 mins to even open the door as there's something wrong with the lock
The back neighbour is a dick, moans over everything , music (not even that loud, moaning kids are playing , that they are splashing in the pool.
So half the time avoiding the property due to making neighbour before I got into an other argument with her.
So even though I love the property don't think we will be going back to it

Excellent location, everything we needed. Clean when we arrived and very quick response from villa manager. Could park our hire car on the premises too which was bonus with younger kids and baby.
Nothing we didnt like, just couple of sun beds were broken when we went to use them. However, was dealt with quickly

Lots of positives location
Nice pool

The manager was not helpful.
There was constant construction work which put a dampener on our trip no one’s fault but no empathy from the property manager.
The key code didn’t come through until an hour after we arrived
