Clean, very well equipped kitchen, air conditioning worked well in heat wave. Good space for two families as each upper floor has own toilet and shower. Sofa, dining table and kitchen downstairs with dishwasher, washing machine and airer.
Only one car space in locked courtyard but quiet safe area to park second car on road. We were in heatwave so ran both air conditioners often. If you added oven and much more at the same time it risked tripping the electricity off. A quick flip of switch restored it but don’t leave much running if you go out as maybe the fridge will go off. We were fine though, this is just a tip.

La casa era molto ben arredata ed accogliente.
Il Clima della mansarda non era perfettamente funzionante. Spesso andava in blocco per via dell’eccessivo accumulo di acqua che andava svuotato ogni paio di ore. Il problema era la notte perché bisogna alzarsi ed intervenire prontamente per evitare che facesse rumore e che si spegnesse. Inoltre Booking mi dava da pagare tassa di soggiorno per €1,5 al giorno per ospite mentre in struttura mi è stata chiesta una tassa di soggiorno di €3 al giorno per ospite.
