Bright apartment located on the first floor within the residential complex Baglio degli Ulivi, equipped with a swimming pool, volleyball court, and large shared green areas, in Lugana di Sirmione.
Easily accessible by elevator, the apartment features free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning in all rooms. The living room welcomes guests with a double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, American coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, and citrus juicer. Through a French door, the living room opens onto a private covered terrace overlooking the greenery and the pool of the residence. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue.
The spacious bedroom, enhanced by parquet flooring, has a double bed and a single bed, and offers access to a private rear balcony. A large wardrobe is located in the hallway. The bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, washing machine, bidet, and toilet, completes the layout of the property.

The pool, also featuring a whirlpool area and a children’s area, is open from June 1st to September 30th. Swimming caps are required.
