Apartment with terrace located within the residential complex "Benacus 2", with shared pools for adults and for children, jacuzzi area and children's playground, in Sirmione.
This amazing apartment is located in the first floor provided with an elevator, a garage, extra outdoor parking space and free Wi-Fi. The entrance opens onto the living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave, an orange juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster. From the living room, guests have access to the private terrace provided from dining table, which offers a lovely setting for daily and evening relax. The apartment continues with two wide bedrooms, one coming with a queen size bed and wardrobe and the second one with two single beds, and a contemporary fitted bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Both bedrooms overlook the back terrace and have wonderful finishings, as the parquet flooring.
*The shared pool is available from May 15th till September 30th. Swimming cap is required.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Self check-in is available to access the accommodation. Instructions on how to use this service will be sent a few days before your stay.

Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Aufzug und Garage sind komfortabel auch für größeres Gepäck. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise war problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und ohne Sprachprobleme.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr toll, man kann zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto alles erreichen.
Eine Ruhige tolle Anlage.
Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich & nett in Italien.

Lejlighed super, dog ingen AC. Masser af køkkengrej, rent og pænt. Lækker pool.
Største udfordring er at nøgleudlevering er svær at finde og ligger 12 km væk fra lejligheden(modsat retning fra motorvejen=30-45 minutters ekstra rejsetid ved Gardasøen i højsæson på en fredag eller søndag).
Vi vil gerne bo samme sted igen, men vil forsøge at finde en anden udlejer.
Garage under lejlighedskomplekset, men vores bil (autoboks)kunne dog ikke komme ind pga lav loftshøjde. Gode parkeringsmuligheder udenfor. Restauranter og supermarkeder tæt på.
