The beach of Lugana di Sirmione with pedal boat hire, restaurant and bar is a 10-minute walk from the complex. A large adventure playground with adjoining cocktail bar for parents is also less than a 10-minute walk away.
The vacation apartment in Baglio Degli Ulivi offers a large, covered terrace with dining area and relaxing sofa, an eat-in kitchen with dining table, hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and all cooking utensils, as well as a sofa area with TV. There is a master bedroom with balcony, wardrobe, desk and comfortable double bed and a children's room with bunk beds, wardrobe and toys. Bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and a hallway. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator from the garage. You can safely park 1 car and your bicycles in the private garage.

For excursions to Venice or Milan, you can even leave your car behind and travel by public transport (bus stop in Via Verona + train from Peschiera del Garda).
