From the pool area, you can easily reach the wonderful beach of Punta Gro, one of the most beautiful and wide beaches in the area, with a beach bar, ideal for enjoying lake view breakfasts, sunset aperitifs and services such as pedalo rental. From here, a pleasant lakeside walk immersed in greenery also starts, perfect for relaxing walks or bike rides.

See if you can do something about the mosquitoes...
Not a big deal but there are plenty of mosquitoes outside and they get in if you just open the door for a very short time.

Not a good location if you don’t have a car, we didn’t .. long story .. there is no fly screens so you can’t have the doors open for ventilation as the mosquitos / bugs are really bad /// the air conditioning unit is located facing the living area not the bedroom and the compressor noise that comes thru the wall of the bedroom makes it very difficult to sleep - very expensive for the area that is about 20 mins from sirmione - operating instructions for both the washing machine and hot water not very easy to understand — three different types of coffee machines … and enough crockery for a dinner party for 30 people
