Apartment with terrace facing the lake in the residential complex "I Mosaici", in Sirmione.



The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room consisting of a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster.

The living room overlooks the large private terrace with a wonderful lake view, equipped with an outdoor table with chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The sleeping area with the double bedroom with wardrobes and the bathroom with shower complete the layout of the apartment.



Guests have access to air conditioning, dishwasher, Wi-Fi connection and residence services such as parking space and swimming pool.



*Guests can easily park 1 car in the private garage space inside the Residence and 1 further car in the common areas of I Mosaici.

The pool is available from 1st of June to 30th of September.

Pets are allowed upon prior request.



*Reception is located at 27 Via Tommaso del Molin in Desenzano del Garda and is open daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



*We inform our guests that the residence is currently undergoing renovations. Therefore, it is possible that there may be noise during the day.

Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers unforgettable views. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is easily reachable from Verona airport in just 20 minutes by car.
